RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We would like your visit to Blum Denim to be a smooth and satisfying experience. In order to achieve this, we strive to deliver your desired product in a timely manner. However, if you do not feel 100% satisfied with your purchase, we provide returns to make sure you have a seamless experience with us.

We guarantee a full refund within 21 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:

  1. Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made before billing.
  2. Product out of stock – For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund or coupon to keep your shopping experience at Blum Denim hassle-free.
  3. Wrong size – If you purchase a product that does not fit, we ensure a smooth exchange.
  4. Not satisfied with the purchase – If you feel that the product does not match your expectations, we are happy to provide an easy return/exchange to make sure you receive a product that matches your desire.
  5. Received a defective/incorrect product – We guarantee a return for any defective or incorrect deliveries.
  6. We will exchange/return products only on these conditions: 
  • Garment must have all original tags.
  • Garment must not be soiled or torn.
  • Exchange window within 15 days.

 

Please Note - Refund will be initiated only once the product is received by us and a quality check has been made and successful.

For prepaid orders please expect the amount to be received within 21 working days. For COD orders - coupons with the same face value will be given. This coupon can be redeemed only on www.Blum Denimindia.com
